农村区域发展专业“四位一体”应用型人才培养模式研究——以福建农林大学金山学院为例

A Study on the Applied Talents Training Mode of“Four-in-One”for Rural Regional Development Specialty--Taking Jinshan College of Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University as an Example

为了更好地实现应用型人才培养目标这一核心问题,采用以涉农产业行业需求为主导,以多学科融合知识为依托,以创新性研究为带动,以实践能力提升为重点的“四位一体”研究框架,从注重对接产业需求制定人才培养方案框架,强化教学体系构建与教学方法改革,凸显以科研带动学生创新能力提升,全面构建基于用人岗位胜任力的专业实践教学体系等四个方面入手,进行应用型人才培养模式构建。

Taking Jinshan College of Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University as an example,this paper built the applied talents training mode of“Four-in-One”for rural regional development specialty.In order to better achieve the core objective of applied talents training,we need to adopt the“Four-in-One”research framework,guided by agriculture-related industries demand,based on multidisciplinary integration of knowledge,led by innovative research,focused on the improvement of practical ability.We also need to build the applied talents training mode from following four aspects of formulate talents training program emphasizing industry demand,strengthening the construction of teaching system and the reform of teaching method,highlighting the improvement of students innovation ability by scientific research,and building a practical teaching system based on the competence of employing posts.
