丁苯酞软胶囊联合依帕司他对2型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对患者氧化应激水平的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Soft Butylphthalide Capsule Combined with Epalrestat on Type 2 Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy and Oxidative Stress Level

摘要 目的:探究丁苯酞软胶囊联合依帕司他对2型糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的疗效及对患者氧化应激水平的影响。方法:选取2型DPN患者84例。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组予以依帕司他治疗,观察组予以丁苯酞软胶囊+依帕司他治疗。对比两种方法的治疗效果和对氧化应激水平的影响。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的神经传导速度、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活力、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)浓度、密歇根神经筛查量表(michigan neumpathy screening instrument,MNSI)评分均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后神经传导速度较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后SOD活力升高,MDA浓度与MNSI评分降低(P<0.05),且观察组SOD活力高于对照组,MDA浓度与MNSI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应和肝肾功能损伤。结论:丁苯酞软胶囊联合依帕司他能有效改善2型DPN患者的氧化应激水平,具有较好的治疗效果。 Objective:To explore the effect of soft butylphthalide capsule combined with epalrestat on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)and oxidative stress level in patients.Methods:84 patients with type 2 DPN were included and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each.The control group was treated with epalrestat and the observation group was treated with soft butylphthalide capsules on that basis.The therapeutic effect and the effect on the oxidative stress level were compared between groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the nerve conduction velocity,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,malondialdehyde(MDA)concentration,and michigan neumpathy screening instrument(MNSI)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity indexes of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SOD activity increased and MDA concentration and MNSI score decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with more changes observed in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction or liver and kidney damage in both groups.Conclusion:Soft butylphthalide capsule combined with epalrestat can effectively improve the oxidative stress in type 2 DPN patients and have a good therapeutic effect.
