阿格列汀与罗格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Alogliptin and Rosiglitazone Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探讨阿格列汀与罗格列酮联合二甲双胍在初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院收治的104例初诊T2DM患者,按照随机数字表法平均分为对照组和观察组(n=52)。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予阿格列汀+罗格列酮+二甲双胍治疗。观察比较两组疗效、用药前和用药后血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)]水平,并统计两组不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率(92.31%)高于对照组(76.92%,P<0.05)。用药4周后,两组FPG、2 h PG水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。用药期间,观察组不良反应发生率(3.85%)低于对照组(17.31%,P<0.05)。结论:阿格列汀与罗格列酮联合二甲双胍疗效确切,可有效控制T2DM患者血糖水平,且不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of alogliptin and rosiglitazone combined with metformin in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 104 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM admitted to our hospital were included and grouped according to the random number table method.52 cases in the control group were treated with metformin,while 52 cases in the observation group with additional alogliptin and rosiglitazone on that basis.The efficacy,blood glucose[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h blood glucose(2 h PG)]levels before and after medication,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.92%,P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,FPG and 2 h PG in both groups declined,with more decrease found in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.85%,which was lower than that in the control group(17.31%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Aglitin and rosiglitazone combined with metformin have definite curative effect,can effectively control the blood sugar level of T2DM patients,with few adverse reactions and high safety.
