摘要
通过分析某薄壁且外圆开有长槽深孔零件在加工过程中的难点,结合CAM软件中“缝补式”编程应用,提出了采用工装在零件加工过程中对开槽进行“缝补”,再对内孔进行深孔精加工。实践证明,该方法提高了此类零件的加工质量及精度,完全满足生产实际所需。
By analyzing the difficulties of a thin-walled part with a long slot deep hole in the machining,and combining it with the sewing programming application in CAM software,we proposed the using tooling to sew the slotting process,then performed deep hole finishing on the inner hole.Practice proved that this method improved the processing quality and accuracy of such parts,and fully met the actual needs of production.
