摘要 AF1410(16Co14Ni10Cr2Mo)钢的良好综合性能优于现用一般超高强度钢,广泛应用于航空受力结构件。无氰镀镉-钛作为其表面防护的主要手段,在实际生产中经常出现镉钛厚度不均匀及钛含量很难满足0.2%~0.7%的要求,严重影响产品镀层质量。结合生产实践及多年经验积累,通过加强对材料、设备、槽液、制造过程、工艺控制和人员等环节的严格控制,使零件无氰镀镉-钛质量问题得以彻底消除,且产品质量持续稳定。 The good comprehensive properties of AF1410(16Co14Ni10Cr2Mo)steel were better than those of general ultra-high strength steel,which was widely used on aeronautical stressed structural parts.Cyanide-free cadmium-titanium plating was the main method used on the surface protection,however,in the actual production,coating thickness of cadmium-titanium was uneven,and the content of titanium did not meet the requirement of 0.2%-0.7%,which seriously affected coating quality of products.It was combined with the research production practice and many years of experience accumulation,through strengthening the strict control of materials,equipments,tank solution,manufacturing process,process control and personnel,the quality problems of cyanide-free cadmium-titanium plating on parts would be completely eliminated and the product quality was sequential stable.
