摘要
目的调查某医院人才招聘结构化面试有效性情况,分析存在问题,提出对策。方法对某院2017—2019年中春、秋季招聘、的90人次面试官及792名应聘人员分别进行与面试有效性有关的满意度和认同度问卷调查,并分析其结果。结果考官版问卷平均得分为(53.23±5.31)分,其中不同性别、学历、职称、工作年限的考官得分有显著差异(P<0.05);考生版问卷平均分为(41.63±6.84)分,不同年龄、学历、有无工作经历考生得分有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论结构化面试中考生对面试的满意度和认同度较低,应在面试工作中充分考虑考生的需求予以改进。
Objective To study the effectiveness of structured interview in a hospital,and to find the problems and solutions.Methods A total of 90 interviewers and 792 candidates recruited in the mid spring and autumn of 2017-2019 in a hospital were investigated with satisfaction and approval questionnaire related to interview effectiveness,and the results were analyzed.Results The average score of interviewers’survey was(53.23±5.31)points,which showed significant difference on 4 factors including gender,education background,professional achievement and work experience(P<0.05).The average score of interviewees’survey was(41.63±6.84)points,which showed significant difference on 3 factors including age,education background and work experience(P<0.05).Conclusion The interviewees have lower satisfaction and acceptance of the recruitment interview and the hospital should improve the process of interview by fully considering the interviewee’s requirement.
