摘要 目的探析血清维生素D水平和婴幼儿肺炎两者的关联性以及对于免疫功能可能产生的影响。方法选取本院2017年2月—2019年2月间收治婴幼儿肺炎患儿群体以及同年健康体检提示并无异常健康婴幼儿为本次研究对象,在婴幼儿肺炎患儿中普通肺炎、重症肺炎群体中各抽取50例并设为A组、B组,健康婴幼儿群体中抽取50例设为C组。对三组纳入研究对象维生素D营养状态以及血清免疫球蛋白指标进行检测并观察数据对于婴幼儿肺炎、免疫功能的影响。结果三组患儿维生素D情况两两均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);三组婴幼儿IgA、IgG指标差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);相对于治疗前,应用针对性治疗后患儿血清指标IgA、IgG有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿的肺炎病情发展程度和维生素D水平两者之间存在密切联系,为婴幼儿肺炎患儿采取补充维生素D方案以提升免疫功能,对于病情控制和复发次数减少有积极价值,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the correlation between serum vitamin D levels and infant pneumonia and its possible effect on immune function.Methods The group of infants and young children with pneumonia admitted in our hospital between February 2017 and February 2019 and the same year's health checkup showed no abnormal health were selected as the research object.The children with common pneumonia and infants with severe pneumonia were selected from each group 50 cases were set as group A and group B,and 50 cases from healthy infants and young children were set as group C.The vitamin D nutritional status and serum immunoglobulin indexes of the three groups were included in the study.The effects of the data on infant pneumonia and immune function were observed.Results There were statistically significant differences in vitamin D among the three groups of children(P<0.05);the differences in IgA and IgG indicators of the three groups of children were statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the serum indicators of IgA and IgG in children were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close relationship between the development of pneumonia and the vitamin D level in infants and young children.Taking vitamin D supplementation for infants and young children with pneumonia to improve immune function is of positive value for disease control and reducing the number of relapses.
