富血小板血浆在难愈性创面及运动医学领域的临床作用

Clinical Role of Platelet-rich Plasma in Refractory Wounds and Sports Medicine

目的对富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)在难愈性创面及运动医学领域的临床作用进行探讨。方法选取2018年8月—2020年1月我院难愈性创面及运动医学领域疾病患者120例,通过随机法分为60例对照组(常规处理联合透明质酸钠注射治疗)与60例研究组(常规处理联合PRP治疗)。探不同治疗方法对我院难愈性创面及运动医学领域疾病患者实际治疗效果的差异性。结果相较于对照组,研究组治疗后愈合有效率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(78.33%),差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组注射前IKDC主观评分、WOMAC评分、Lequesne指数差异小且无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于对照组,研究组注射后IKDC主观评分更高,WOMAC评分与Lequesne指数更低,差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中不良反应发生次数、发生时间及持续时间差异小且无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在难愈性创面及运动医学领域相关疾病治疗中,应用PRP能够达到理想效果,不仅可提高创面愈合率,还可改善运动医学领域疾病临床症状,使患者生活质量提高,整体安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)on refractory wounds and sports medicine.Methods 120 patients with refractory wounds and sports medicine were selected in our hospital from August 2018 to January 2020.The patients were randomly divided into 60 control groups(routine treatment combined with sodium hyaluronate injection treatment)and 60 study groups(routine treatment combined with PRP treatment).The difference between different treatment methods for patients with refractory wounds and sports medicine was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of healing after treatment in the study group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.33%),and the difference was large and statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of IKDC subjective score,WOMAC score and Lequesne index before injection between the two groups was small and not study significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher subjective IKDC score after injection,and lower WOMAC score and Lequesne index,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The frequency,duration and duration of adverse reactions in the treatment of the two groups were small and not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of refractory wounds and related diseases in the field of sports medicine,the application of PRP can achieve ideal results,which can not only improve the wound healing rate,but also improve the clinical symptoms of diseases in the field of sports medicine,so as to improve the quality of life and overall safety of patients.
