Zero-p治疗单节段神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Zero-p in the Treatment of Singlesegment Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的对比零切迹颈前路椎间融合器(Zero-p)与普通钢板联合椎间融合器治疗单节段神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年12月—2018年12月诊断为单节段神经根型颈椎病患者60例,纳入Zero-p组的30例,普通组30例。比较两组患者的术中失血量、手术时间、术后颈部疼痛视觉模拟评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分以及术后吞咽困难等指标。结果Zero-p组手术时间较普通组显著减少(P<0.05),两组患者的术中出血量无统计学差异。两组术后3个月的VAS和ODI评分均较术前明显改善,但两组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组的并发症发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论Zero-p和传统的ACDF治疗单节段神经根型颈椎病均可提供良好的稳定性,缓解患者的症状。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of zero-notch anterior cervical cage(Zero-p)and plate combined with cage for cervical spondylosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with singlesegment nerve root cervical spondylosis diagnosed from December 2015 to December 2018 was included in the Zero-p group(n=30)and the general group(n=30).Intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative VAS,ODI score,and postoperative dysphagia were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of Zero-p group was significantly reduced compared with the general group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups.The VAS and ODI scores at 3 months after surgery were significantly improved in both groups compared with those before surgery,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications(P>0.05).Conclusion Both Zero-p and traditional ACDF in the treatment of single-segment nerve root type cervical spondylosis can provide good stability and relieve the symptoms of patients.
