急性重度有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭患者急救措施 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析针对急性重度有机磷农药中毒所致的呼吸衰竭症状进行抢救的有效措施。方法选取湖南省岳阳市一人民医院急诊科2017年5月—2019年6月期间收治呼吸衰竭患者60例,疾病成因均为急性重度有机磷农药中毒,随机分观察组和对照组两组,每组中患者各30例。所有患者入院后均给予常规治疗,其中观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予呼吸机治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的血气分析中各指标的变化,分析其疗效。结果治疗前,两组血气分析各指标相差不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后pH值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后的PaO2更高,PaCO2更低,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),和对照组的总有效率对比,观察组明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论急性重度有机磷农药中毒所致呼吸衰竭症状,在常规治疗的基础上增加呼吸机治疗,更有利于患者改善血气分析指标,缓解其病情,提高患者治疗效果。 Objective To analyze the effective measures to rescue the symptoms of respiratory failure caused by acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 60 cases of patients with respiratory failure caused by acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,and who treated in The first people's Hospital of Yueyang City,Hu’nan Province of Department of emergency from May 2017 to June 2019 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients were given routine treatment after admission,and the observation group were given the ventilator treatment on the basis of the control group.Then,the changes of blood gas analysis indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical effect were analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood gas analysis between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in pH value between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),The PaO2 after treatment in the observation group was higher and the PaCO2 was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The symptoms of respiratory failure caused by acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,the addition of ventilator treatment on the basis of conventional treatment is more conducive to patients to improve blood gas analysis indicators,alleviate their condition,and improve the treatment effect of patients.
