硝苯地平缓释片联合贝那普利治疗高血压临床疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets Plus Benazepril in Hypertension

目的浅析硝苯地平缓释片联合贝那普利治疗高血压临床疗效及其对患者肾功能的影响。方法纳入本单位2018年1月—2019年12月收治的高血压患者66例作研究样本,采用随机数字表法将其划分为观察组与对照组各33例,观察组采取硝苯地平缓释片联合贝那普利治疗,对照组单独采取贝那普利治疗,评价两组患者疗效、血压指标、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量结果。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.97%,高于对照组69.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组舒张压、收缩压指标值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组舒张压、收缩压指标值均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后舒张压、收缩压均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量结果比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量结果均明显低于治疗前,但观察组治疗后血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量结果更低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平缓释片联合贝那普利治疗可有效改善高血压情况,提高疗效,保护肾功能。

Objective To analyze the effects of Nifedipine sustainedrelease tablets plus Benazepril on renal function of hypertension patients.Methods 66 hypertension patients were chosen as research samples from January 2018 to December 2019.According to random number table,patients were classified into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=33).The observation group was treated with Nifedipine sustainedrelease tablets and Benazepril;the control group was treated with Benazepril.Therapeutic effect,blood pressure,serum creatinine and 24 h urine protein quantitation were assessed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(96.97%)was higher than control group(69.70%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);before treatment,SBP and DBP between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the DBP and SBP of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,serum creatinine and 24 h urine protein quantitation between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,serum creatinine and 24 h urine protein quantitation for two groups were lower than before treatment;related values in the observation group were even lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with Benazepril can effectively improve the blood pressure,curative effect and renal function.
