瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的疗效对比研究

Comparative Study of Rosuvastatin and Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究并对比冠心病采用瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗的效果。方法2017年12月—2019年12月,选取我院收治的冠心病患者110例,按照随机数字表法进行分组,每组各55例,观察组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对照组实施阿托伐他汀治疗,对比治疗效果、血脂、不良反应。结果观察组有效率、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)高于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、甘油三脂(triglyceride,TG)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗效果显著优于阿托伐他汀,可有效降低不良反应,控制血脂水平,值得应用。

Objective To study and compare the effects of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin on coronary heart disease.Methods From December 2017 to December 2019,110 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.The observation group was given rosuvastatin treatment,and the control group was given atorvastatin treatment.The treatment effect,blood lipids,adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The observation group was more effective and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions,total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triglyceride(TG)were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of rosuvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease is significantly better than that of atorvastatin,which can be effectively reduced Adverse reactions,to control blood lipid levels,are worthy of application.
