摘要
目的对2018年我院药品不良反应监测结果进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考,降低不良反应发生率。方法将我院2018年1—11月期出现的112例药物不良反应进行分析,记录出现不良反应的药物,并记录分析不同年龄段患者人数、不同剂型药物的不良反应情况。结果2018年1—11月我院共上报药品不良反应(Adverse drug reaction,ADR)、不良事件(Adverse Drug Event,ADE)报告表112份。ADR病例以门诊输液室、皮肤科、肿瘤科、脑外科、肛肠科、放疗科、儿科、内科为主要来源。其中ADR/ADE发生率最高的药物为乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液,其次为注射用奥沙利铂。其中不同年龄段患者中,65岁及其以上发生率46.43%最高,其次为45~64岁25.00%,15~44岁为20.54%,其次为1~4岁为4.46%,最低为3.42%。在不同剂型中,静脉滴注不良反应发生率较高67.86%,其次为口服17.86%,静脉注射为8.04%,皮下注射、肌内注射为2.68%,最少为0.89%。结论2018年我院ADR/ADE报告与其用量大、不合理应用有一定关系,临床后期需要加大用药监督,明确用药指征与方法,重点加强对老年患者等特殊人群的用药指导,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of adverse drug reactions in our hospital in 2018,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Methods 112 patients with adverse drug reactions in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2018 were analyzed,and the number of patients of different ages and the adverse drug reactions of different dosage forms was analyzed.Results From January 2018 to November 2018,112 reports of adverse drug reactions(Adverse drug reaction,ADR)and adverse events(Adverse Drug Event,ADE)were collected.The drug with the highest incidence of ADR/ADE was levofloxacin lactate and sodium chloride injection.Among the patients of different age groups,the incidence of patients aged 65 and above was the highest at 46.43%,followed by 45~64 years old at 25.00%,15~44 years old at 20.54%,1~4 years old at 4.46%and the lowest at 3.42%.Based on different dosage,adverse drug reaction rate of intravenous drip was the highest(67.86%),followed by oral medication(17.86%),intravenous injection(8.04%),subcutaneous injection and intramuscular injection(2.68%)and the lowest(0.89%).Conclusion The ADR/ADE report of our hospital in 2018 has something to do with the excessive dosage and unreasonable application.In the later stage,we need to strengthen medication supervision,strengthen medication guidance for elderly patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
