健脾清热活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎32例

Treatment of 32 Cases of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Jianpi Qingre Huoxue Recipe

目的探究健脾清热活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年1月—2019年6月收治的32例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,采用健脾清热活血方治疗,评估治疗效果。结果治疗后,患者腹部疼痛症状消失时间(8.15±1.26)d、恶心呕吐症状消失时间(6.13±0.87)d;复发率为9.4%;中医证候积分明显下降,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量各指标评分明显提升,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用健脾清热活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,可有效降低患者的中医证候积分,改善其生活质量,症状消失时间短,复发率低。

Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Qingre Huoxue Recipe on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods Thirty-two patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and Jianpi Qingre Huoxue Fang was used to evaluate the treatment effect.Results After treatment,the time of disappearance of abdominal pain symptoms(8.15±1.26)days and the time of disappearance of nausea and vomiting symptoms(6.13±0.87)days;the recurrence rate was 9.4%;the TCM syndrome score decreased significantly,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of various indicators of quality of life were significantly improved,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Jianpi Qingre Huoxue Recipe can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients,improve their quality of life,shorten the time to disappear symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate.
