儿童毛母质瘤超声表现及临床病理分析

Ultrasound Manifestations and Clinicopathological Analysis of Hairy Tumors in Children

目的探讨儿童毛母质瘤超声表现及临床病理特征。方法选取2017年1月—2019年6月毛母质瘤患儿49例,回顾性分析其临床资料,对病理和超声图像之间所具备的相关性进行归纳总结。结果毛母质瘤的构成细胞主要为嗜碱粒细胞、影细胞及二者之间的过渡细胞;不同病理类型毛母质瘤具备相应声像图特征;根据毛母质瘤是否发生钙化可分为实质有钙化型与实质无钙化型。结论毛母质瘤的超声表现受其发展阶段的影响,通过对不同阶段毛母质瘤所具备的超声声像图特点进行掌握,可使临床诊断效率提高,为疾病治疗提供参考。

Objective To explore the ultrasound manifestations and clinicopathological characteristics of hairy tumors in children.Methods Forty-nine children with hairy tumors were selected from January 2017 to June 2019.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and the correlation between pathological and ultrasound images was summarized.Results The constituent cells of hairy tumors were mainly basophils,shadow cells,and transitional cells between them;different types of hairy tumors had corresponding sonographic features;according to whether or not hairy tumors had calcification,they could be divided into parenchyma with and without calcification type.Conclusion The ultrasound performance of hairy tumors is affected by the stage of development.By understanding the characteristics of ultrasound sonography of hairy tumors at different stages,it can improve the clinical diagnosis efficiency and provide a reference for disease treatment.
