舒芬太尼复合右美托咪定在脊柱手术中的应用

Application of Sufentanil Combined With Dexmedetomidine in Spinal Surgery

目的探讨舒芬太尼复合右美托咪定在脊柱手术中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月于我院行全麻脊柱手术的98例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其进行随机分组,其中对照组与研究组各49例。对照组在完成手术前30 min应用舒芬太尼进行自控静脉镇痛,研究组在完成手术前30 min应用舒芬太尼复合右美托咪定进行自控静脉镇痛。对比两组手术时间、麻醉时间、术后不同时间段的视觉模拟评分(VAS),以及不良反应。结果两组手术时间与麻醉时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后12 h、24 h、48 h时VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组不良反应发生率4.08%低于对照组16.33%(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼复合右美托咪定能够缓解脊柱手术患者的术后疼痛程度,降低不良反应,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine in spinal surgery.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,98 patients with spinal surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the study group of 49 cases each group.In the control group,sufentanil was used for analgesia,and in the study group,sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine was used for analgesia.Results There was no difference in the operation time and anesthesia time between the two groups(P>0.05).VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 12 h,24 h and 48 h after operation(P<0.01).The adverse reactions in the study group were 4.08%lower than that in the control group 16.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine can effectively relieve postoperative pain and reduce adverse reactions.
