摘要
目的探讨质量控制的实施在消毒供应中心管理中的应用对于院内感染的控制效果。方法我院消毒供应中心自2019年1月其实施质量管理控制,分别自管理前(2018年1—12月)后(2019年1—12月)各抽取100例患者进行调查,以了解消毒供应室质量管理对于感染控制的情况,同时自管理前后各抽取100件手术器械,分别对比质量控制前后消毒供应室中心感染指标以及院内感染发生情况。结果质量控制后消毒供应中心感染指标统计中手术器械清洗、卫生学检查、物品包装以及灭菌效果消毒合格率均高于质量控制前,质量控制后感染发生率与质量感染控制前相比明显较低,差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量控制的实施在消毒供应中心(CSSD)管理中的应用能够有效提升消毒供应室控制质量,降低患者住院治疗中感染情况的发生,提升院内工作质量及安全性。
Objective To explore the application of quality control in the management of disinfection and supply centerfor the control of nosocomial infection.Methods Our hospital disinfection supply center since January 2019 the implementation of quality management control,respectively from before the management(from January to December 2018)and after the management(from January to December 2019)each extraction to investigate 100 patients,in order to understand the disinfection supply room in the case of infection control,quality management and the management before and after the extraction of 100 surgical instruments,respectively,center of sterilization supply&distribution infection index and nosocomial infection occurred were compared before and after the quality control.Results The qualified rate of surgical instrument cleaning,hygiene examination,package and sterilization effect in the statistics of infection index of disinfection supply center after quality control was higher than that before quality control.The incidence of infection after quality control was significantly lower than that before quality control(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of quality control in CSSD management can effectively improve the quality of control in CSSD,reduce the incidence of infection in inpatient treatment,and improve the quality and safety of hospital work.
