碱激发钢渣微粉免蒸压加气混凝土的制备研究 被引量:11

摘要 对碱激发转炉炼钢尾渣微粉料制备免蒸压加气混凝土进行了研究,讨论了钢渣微粉掺量、碱性激发剂添加量、水玻璃模数、铝粉用量等配料参数与养护制度对料浆稳定性以及加气混凝土抗压强度、干密度等性能的影响,并借助SEM、XRD技术对水化产物进行了微观分析。结果表明,钢渣微粉与粉煤灰在原材料中的相对用量是影响料浆浇注性能的重要因素,当钢渣微粉掺量在60%~70%时,可制得性能稳定的浇注料浆。同时,添加6%左右模数为1.2的水玻璃作碱性激发剂,在温度60℃的常压养护条件下可制备出28 d抗压强度4.0 MPa,干密度575 kg/m^3的加气混凝土。 The utilization potential of alkali activated converter steelmaking salg powder in non-autoclaved aerated concrete production was investigated.The effects of each concentration of steelmaking slag powder,alkaline activator,aluminum powder,and modulus of sodium silicate solution and curing technology on the slurry stability,and the dry density and compressive strength of the production were analyzed.The types of hydration products were investigated by SEM and XRD.The results show that the pouring performance of slurry is influenced by the relative concentration of steelmaking slag powder and fly ash.When the content of steelmaking slag powder is 60%-70%,the slurry with stable performance can be prepared.At the same time,adding 6%sodium silicate solution of 1.2 modulus,the non-autoclaved aerated concrete product is achieved with the 28 d compressive strength of 4.0 MPa and the dry density of 575 kg/m^3 under the curing circumstance of 60℃temperature and atmospheric pressure.
