光处理对铁皮石斛繁殖生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以铁皮石斛原球茎为供试材料,通过诱导原球茎增殖、分化得到培养苗,采用单因素试验设计探究光照因子(光照时间、光质及光照强度)对铁皮石斛培养苗再生体系建立、生长情况的影响。结果表明,当培养条件一定时,光照时间为10 h/d铁皮石斛培养苗的生长情况最好;红蓝光的光质比为1∶1是铁皮石斛培养苗生长健壮的光质,光照强度2500 lx为铁皮石斛培养苗生长适宜强度。 Using the protocorm of Dendrobium officinale as the test material,the culture seedlings were obtained by inducing the proliferation and differentiation of the protocorm,and the effects of light factors on the establishment and growth of the regeneration system of Dendrobium officinale culture seedlings were investigated by single factor experiment design.The results showed that 10 h/d was the optimum illumination time and that light quality that composed by red light and blue light whose proportion was 1∶1 was the optimum light quality and that 2500 lx was the optimum illumination intensity.
