基于民营专家工作站的实践教学基地建设及成效研究

Research on the Construction and Effectiveness of Practical Teaching Site Based on Private Expert Workstation

阐述了作为本科生实践教学基地的民营专家工作站的意义、目标和优势。河西学院从实施思想政治融入实践教学工程、整合资源、构建专业实践教学体系、创新实践模式、开展科学试验、加强技术示范推广等方面对工作站进行规范化建设。经过几年建设与实践,工作站利用率显著提高,实践教学质量明显上升,科技成果突出,经济与社会产效益显著。对提高农学类专业人才培养的质量,满足新农科发展对人才的需求。

This article elaborates the significance,goals and advantages of a private expert workstation as a practical teaching base for undergraduates.Hexi University standardized construction of workstations from the aspects of implementing ideological and political integration into practical teaching projects,integrating resources,constructing professional practical teaching systems,innovating practical models,conducting scientific experiments,and strengthening technological demonstration and promotion.After several years of construction and practice,the utilization rate of workstations has increased significantly,the quality of practical teaching has increased significantly,scientific and technological achievements have been outstanding,and economic and social benefits have been significant.It is necessary to improve the quality of cultivation of agricultural professionals and meet the demand for talents in the development of new agricultural sciences.
