摘要 我国化肥使用中仍然存在施肥结构不平衡、有机肥资源利用率低、单位面积施用量大等问题,这制约了我国农业的高质量发展。环保型内质控失复合肥通过肥料施用中养分移出的多少来控制其流失,既能满足农作物对养分的需求,又能将多余的养分保持在土壤中,达到了减少农业面源污染、提高肥料利用率的目的。介绍了环保型内质控失复合肥的生产工艺流程和主要设备的创新点,分析了其在实际应用中产生的效益。 In the use of chemical fertilizers in China,there are still problems such as unbalanced fertilization structure,low utilization rate of organic fertilizer resources,and large application amount per unit area,which restrict the high-quality development of agriculture in China.The environment-friendly internal quality control compound fertilizer aims at how much nutrients are removed during fertilizer application,and controls nutrient loss,it can not only meet the nutrient requirements of crops,but also keep the excess nutrients in the soil,which achieves the goal of reducing agricultural non-point source pollution and improving fertilizer utilization rate.The production process and main equipment innovations of environment-friendly internal quality control compound fertilizers are introduced,and the benefits produced in practical applications are analyzed.
