氨基酸与氯化钾复合型水溶肥料研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用单因素试验考察了氨基酸和氯化钾对小麦浸种的效果,设计正交试验验证了氨基酸与氯化钾复合溶液对小麦浸种的效果,为复合型水溶肥料配方设计提供试验依据与研究方法。结果表明:小麦浸种复合溶液中最适宜的氨基酸和氯化钾质量浓度分别为200、400 mg/L,小麦苗鲜重、根鲜重、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均优于单因素浸种效果。根据试验结果制备出适于小麦浸种用的大量元素型含氨基酸水溶肥料,其游离氨基酸和K 2O质量浓度分别为102.1、128.5 g/L。 A single factor test is used to investigate the effect of amino acid and potassium chloride on wheat seed soaking,and an orthogonal test is designed to verify the effect of the amino acid and potassium chloride compound solution on wheat seed soaking,which provides experimental basis and research method for the design of water-soluble compound fertilizer formulations.Test results show that the most suitable mass concentrations of amino acid and potassium chloride in the wheat seed soaking composite solution are 200 and 400 mg/L,respectively,wheat seedling fresh weight,root fresh weight,germination rate,germination potential,germination index,peroxidase activity and catalase activity are all superior to single factor seed soaking effect.Based on the test results,macroelement amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer for wheat seed soaking is prepared,and its free amino acid and K 2O mass concentrations are 102.1 and 128.5 g/L,respectively.
