5-氨基乙酰丙酸浸种对ABA处理下番茄种子萌发及芽苗生长的影响

摘要 研究5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)对脱落酸(ABA)处理后番茄种子萌发及芽苗生长的影响,分析ALA对番茄种子ABA响应敏感性的作用,为ALA参与ABA信号应答途径提供理论依据。以"中杂九号"番茄种子为试验材料,分别利用0、1、10 mg/L ALA对0(蒸馏水)和100 mg/L ABA处理后的番茄种子进行浸种,并测定其发芽及芽苗生长情况。在空白组,低浓度ALA浸种效果较好,与CK0相比1 mg/L ALA浸种显著促进了番茄种子萌发,提高了其发芽势(GE)、发芽指数(GI)、活力指数(VI)及胚根长度(RL);在胁迫组,100 mg/L ABA处理显著抑制了番茄种子的萌发及芽苗生长,10 mg/L ALA浸种对其抑制作用缓解效果较好,显著提高了种子的发芽势(GE)、发芽率(GR)、发芽指数(GI)、活力指数(VI)、芽苗鲜重(FW)及胚根长度(RL)。10 mg/L ALA浸种可缓解由ABA引起的萌发抑制,降低番茄种子对ABA响应的敏感性;在不同处理下(蒸馏水或ABA),最佳ALA浸种浓度差异较大。 The effects of 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)on the germination and growth of tomatoseeds after abscisic acid ABA treatment were studied,and the effects of ALA on the ABA responsesensitivity of tomato seeds were analyzed to provide theoretical basis for exogenous ALA to participatein ABA signal response."Zhongza No.9"tomato seeds were soaked with 0,1,10 mg/L ALA after 0(distilled water)and 100 mg/L ABA treatment,and their germination and seedlings growth after pre-soaking were determined.Under the condition of distilled water treatment,low concentration ALA hada better effect.Compared with CK0,1 mg/L ALA significantly promoted the germination of tomatoseeds,and increased the germination energy(GE),germination index(GI),vitality index(VI)andradicle length(RL).100 mg/L ABA treatment significantly inhibited the germination and seedlingsgrowth of tomato seeds,while under this condition,high concentration of ALA(10 mg/L)can improvethe germination energy(GE),germination rate(GR),germination index(GI),vigor index(VI),fresh weight(FW)and root length(RL)immensely better than low concentration of ALA(1 mg/L).Presoa-king with 10 mg/L ALA could alleviate the inhibition of germination induced by ABA,reduced theseeds response sensitivity to ABA.In addition,the optimum concentration of ALA have muchdifference under different treatment(distilled water or ABA).
