镜像疗法结合功能性电刺激治疗脑卒中后单侧空间忽略的临床效果

Clinical effect of mirror therapy combined with functional electrical stimulation on unilateral spatial neglect after stroke

目的探讨镜像疗法(MT)结合功能性电刺激(FES)治疗脑卒中后单侧空间忽略的临床效果。方法将50例脑卒中后单侧空间忽略患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各25例。两组均进行常规作业治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上增加FES和MT。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的CBS评分均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的CBS评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的单侧空间忽略程度无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的单侧空间忽略改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的Barthel指数评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的Barthel指数评分均提高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规作业治疗基础上增加MT和FES治疗脑卒中后单侧空间忽略的效果更加显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mirror therapy(MT)combined with functional electrical stimulation(FES)on unilateral spatial neglect after stroke.Methods A total of 50 patients with unilateral spatial neglect after stroke were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine occupational therapy,while the experimental group was given FES and MT on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CBS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the CBS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the unilateral spatial neglect degree between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the improvement of unilateral spatial neglect degree in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Barthel index score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the Barthel index score of the two groups improved,and that in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine occupational therapy,MT and FES for unilateral spatial neglect after stroke has more significant effect.
