腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac on inguinal hernia in children

目的探索腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法选择100例腹股沟疝患儿为研究对象,采用抓阄随机化法将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用传统手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、切口大小、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后12、24 h VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组鞘膜积液、切口感染、阴囊血肿发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹股沟疝患儿实施腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗效果显著,可降低术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,减轻疼痛感。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac on inguinal hernia in children.Methods A total of 100 children with inguinal hernia were selected as study objects,and the children were divided into observation group and control group by lottery randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,incision size,time to get out of bed and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 12 and 24 h after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hydrocele,incision infection and scrotal hematoma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in children with inguinal hernia has a significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten hospitalization time and relieve pain.
