不同手术方法治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果

Clinical effects of different surgical methods in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities

目的比较不同手术方法治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月来本院接受治疗的60例下肢静脉曲张患者,依据随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组行传统手术治疗,观察组行大隐静脉闭合术+双下肢硬化剂注射+下肢曲张静脉点状抽剥术治疗。比较两组手术相关指标、静脉临床严重程度评分(VCSS)及术后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间及术后恢复时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后,两组VCSS评分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组皮下血肿发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大隐静脉闭合术+双下肢硬化剂注射+下肢曲张静脉点状抽剥术治疗下肢静脉曲张的效果优于传统手术,能显著改善病情,且不良反应较少。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of different surgical methods in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities.Methods A total of 60 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities who received treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,while the observation group was treated with great saphenous vein closure surgery+double lower limb sclerosing agent injection+lower limb varicose vein point stripping surgery.The operative related indexes,venous clinical severity score(VCSS)and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the operative time and postoperative recovery time were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,VCSS scores in both groups significantly decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of subcutaneous hematoma in the observation group was lower than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The great saphenous vein closure surgery+double lower limb sclerosing agent injection+lower limb varicose vein point stripping surgery in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities has a better effect than traditional surgery,it can significantly improve the condition,and has fewer adverse reactions.
