丙种球蛋白、注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿重症肺炎的效果

Effect of gamma globulin,methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium in treatment of severe pneumonia in children

目的探究丙种球蛋白、注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿重症肺炎的效果及对血清指标的影响。方法采用随机硬币投掷法将136例重症肺炎患儿分为对照组(n=65)和研究组(n=71)。对照组给予静滴头孢曲松钠注射液,研究组在此基础上联合应用丙种球蛋白及注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组各项症状消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组WBC、G-CSF、sTREM-1水平均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、IgG水平均升高,sB7-H3水平降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙种球蛋白、注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿重症肺炎临床效果显著,可有效改善患儿临床症状,抑制机体炎症反应,增强机体免疫力。

Objective To explore the effect of gamma globulin,methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children and its influence on serum indexes.Methods A total of 136 children with severe pneumonia were divided into control group(n=65)and study group(n=71)by random coin toss.The control group was given ceftriaxone sodium injection,and the study group was treated with gamma globulin and methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection on this basis.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The remission time of all symptoms in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the levels of WBC,G-CSF and sTREM-1 in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of treatment in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+/CD8+,IgG in the two groups increased,the level of sB7-H3 decreased,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gamma globulin,methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,inhibit the body's inflammatory reaction,and enhance the body's immunity.
