丁细牙痛胶囊联合根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Dingxi Yatong capsule combined with root canal therapy in the treatment of pulpitis

目的分析丁细牙痛胶囊联合根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年7月至2019年6月我院收治的120例牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组采用根管治疗术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用丁细牙痛胶囊治疗。比较两组患者牙髓活力、临床疗效、炎性因子水平、疼痛程度及睡眠质量。结果观察组牙髓活力、治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP、IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α水平、NRS、PSQI评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁细牙痛胶囊联合根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎的效果显著,能够有效改善患者的牙髓活力、牙周疼痛和炎性症状,提高整体疗效及患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Dingxi Yatong capsule combined with root canal therapy in the treatment of pulpitis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with pulpitis admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases).The control group was treated with root canal therapy,and the observation group was treated with Dingxi Yatong capsule on the basis of the control group.The pulp vitality,clinical effect,inflammatory factor level,pain degree and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results The pulp vitality and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP,IL-8,IL-6,TNF-αlevels and NRS,PSQI scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dingxi Yatong capsule combined with root canal therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of pulpitis,it can effectively improve the pulp vitality,periodontal pain and inflammatory symptoms,improve the overall effect and sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
