注射用血栓通(冻干)临床应用中药物不良反应发生的特点分析及对临床用药的参考研究

Analysis of characteristics of adverse drug reactions of Xueshuantong for injection(freeze-dried)in clinical application and reference study on clinical medication

目的探讨注射用血栓通(冻干)临床应用中药物不良反应发生的特点分析及对临床用药的参考研究。方法选择我院使用注射用血栓通(冻干)的2025例住院患者进行回顾性分析,其中出现与注射用血栓通(冻干)相关不良反应的患者有56例。分析患者发生不良反应的时间段、临床表现及血栓通治疗疾病的类型。结果患者用药后,出现不良反应最多的时间段为31~60 min,所占比例为42.86%(24/56);出现最多的不良反应是皮肤损害,所占比例为44.64%(25/56);有50例患者用药符合说明书的范围,属于合理用药,主要用于心脑血管疾病、眼科疾病,其余6例患者用药与说明书上用药范围不符,属于不合理用药。结论注射用血栓通(冻干)临床应用中药物不良反应发生率较高,医院对于该种药物的使用应该加强管理,注意观察患者的情况,严格按照说明书上的适应证及疗程用药,以减少不良反应。

Objective To explore the analysis of characteristics of adverse drug reactions of Xueshuantong for injection(freeze-dried)in clinical application and reference study on clinical medication.Methods A total of 2025 inpatients of our hospital who used Xueshuantong for injection(freeze-dried)were selected for retrospective analysis.Among them,56 cases had adverse reactions related to Xueshuantong for injection(freeze-dried).The time period of occurrence,clinical manifestations of adverse reactions and the types of disease treated by Xueshuantong were analyzed.Results After medication,the most adverse reactions occurred at 31-60 min,accounting for 42.86%(24/56);and the most common adverse reactions were skin lesions,accounting for 44.64%(25/56);the medication of 50 patients were in line with the scope of the instructions,belonging to rational drug use,mainly used for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,ophthalmic diseases,and the medication of the remaining 6 patients were not in line with the scope of drug use of instructions,belonging to irrational drug use.Conclusion Xueshuantong for injection(freeze-dried)has higher incidence of adverse drug reactions in clinical application.The hospital should strengthen the management of the drug,pay attention to the patients'condition,and strictly follow the indications and treatment courses in the scope of the instructions,so as to reduce the adverse reactions.
