白虎人参汤加味治疗阴虚燥热型糖尿病的效果

Effect of modified Baihu Renshen decoction on diabetes mellitus of yin deficiency and dryness heat type

目的观察白虎人参汤加味治疗阴虚燥热型糖尿病的效果。方法选择我院收治的90例阴虚燥热型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分对照组与试验组,各45例。对照组采用西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用白虎人参汤加味治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组的中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论白虎人参汤加味对阴虚燥热型糖尿病患者的血糖控制效果更加理想,还可显著改善患者症状,具有推广价值。

Objective To observe the effect of modified Baihu Renshen decoction on diabetes mellitus of yin deficiency and dryness heat type.Methods Ninty patients with diabetes mellitus of yin deficiency and dryness heat type treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with modified Baihu Renshen decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Baihu Renshen decoction has better blood sugar control effect in diabetes mellitus patients of yin deficiency and dryness heat type.It can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,which has promotion value.
