摘要
目的探讨健康信念强化教育干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者自我行为管理能力和主观幸福感的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将60例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组在促康复治疗中接受常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上接受健康信念强化教育干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组神经功能缺损评分均下降,日常生活自理能力、健康知识知晓、遵医行为、合理饮食、自我心理调节、患肢功能锻炼、主观幸福感评分均提高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康信念强化教育干预可增强脑卒中偏瘫患者的自我行为管理能力,促进其受损神经功能和肢体功能恢复,提升其主观幸福感。
Objective To explore the influences of health belief strengthening educational intervention on self-behavior management ability and subjective well-being of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Sixty stroke patients with hemiplegia were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention during promoting rehabilitation treatment,the study group received health belief strengthening educational intervention on basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of neurological impairment in both groups decreased,and scores of self-care ability in daily life,awareness of health knowledge,medical compliance,reasonable diet,self-psychological regulation,functional exercise of affected limbs and subjective well-being increased,and those in the study group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health belief strengthening educational intervention can enhance the self-behavior management ability of patients with stroke and hemiplegia,promote the recovery of damaged nerve function and limb function,and improve subjective well-being of patients.
