摘要
从法律法规、技术标准及风险评估等角度,以蕹菜(Ipomoea aquatica Forsk.)为例,介绍了蔬菜产品农药残留及质量安全方面的知识,目的是提升生产者、管理者及消费者对农产品农药残留和质量安全方面的认识水平。
From the perspectives of laws and regulations,technical standards and risk assessment,taking water spinach(Ipomoea aquatica Forsk.)as an example,this paper introduces the knowledge of pesticide residue and quality safety in vegetable products,with the purpose of improving the safety knowledge level of producers,managers and consumers on the safety of pesticide residue in agricultural products.
