摘要
江西食用菌产业逐渐形成了农户种植、企业+农户及工厂化种植3种主要的生产模式,各模式客观反映了江西食用菌生产的现实需求和产业发展水平差异,而生产模式的局限性日益显现。因此,有必要深入分析江西食用菌产业发展模式优缺点,结合江西食用菌产业现状,从创新发展模式的角度提出产业发展的建议。
In the process of Jiangxi edible fungus industry development,there are three main production modes such as traditional cultivation,enterprise+farmer cultivation and factory cultivation.Each mode objectively reflects the actual demand of Jiangxi edible fungus production and the differences in industrial development level,while the limitations of the production modes are becoming increasingly apparent.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the development modes of Jiangxi edible fungus industry,and put forward suggestions on promoting industrial development from the perspective of innovating development mode in combination with the current situation of Jiangxi edible fungus industry.
