品管圈护理模式在艾滋病患者中的应用效果被引量：1

摘要目的:观察品管圈护理模式在艾滋病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取100例艾滋病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予品管圈护理模式,比较两组用药依从率,护理满意度及护理前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:护理后,观察组服药依从率为90.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾滋病患者予品管圈护理模式,可有效改善患者的负面情绪,提升服药依从性和护理满意度。
