摘要
光伏(Photovoltaic,PV)系统的引入对电网系统频率的影响不可忽视。文章将系统频率偏差和光伏备用功率相结合,形成等比例变化的减载控制器。在此基础上提出了一种利用PV发电系统的输出功率调节系统频率的控制策略,使不同备用容量的PV发电系统参与频率调节,进而对频率调节水平进行均匀化处理,最终使系统频率稳定。在Power Factory环境下,基于IEEE399-1997系统对光伏减载运行控制与考虑储能的频率控制进行比较,验证了光伏减载运行的经济优越性。
The stable system frequency is very important to the operation of power system,but the influence of the introduction of photovoltaic(photovoltaic,PV)systems on it not be ignored.In order to solve this problem,this paper combines the frequency deviation of the system with the photovoltaic standby power to form a deloading controller with equal proportional change.On this basis,proposes a control strategy to adjust the frequency of the system by using the output power of the PV generators,which enables the PV system with different standby capacities to participate in the frequency regulation,and then homogenizes the frequency regulation level,and finally makes the frequency of the system stable.In power factory environment,the simulation based on IEEE 399-1997 system is carried out,and the frequency control of deloading photovoltaic generator set is compared with the frequency control considering energy storage,which verifies the economic superiority of photovoltaic deloading operation.
