摘要
本文探究了热空气老化对混炼型聚氨酯(MPU)性能的影响。研究表明,当硫化程度不同的MPU在经过一定程度的热空气老化之后,所有物理机械性能出现归一性,即:MPU的硬度、拉断强度、扯断伸长率、定伸应力在热空气老化之后均趋于同一个水平,也说明了MPU具有优异的耐热空气老化性能以及独特的老化特点,为拓宽MPU使用范围奠定基础。
The effect of hot air aging on the properties of MPU was investigated.The results show that all physical and mechanical properties of MPU with different vulcanization degree are normalized after a certain degree of hot air aging.In other words,the hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break and tensile stress of MPU tend to the same level after hot air aging,which also shows that MPU has excellent heat-resistant air aging performance and unique aging characteristics.It lays a foundation for broadening the application range of MPU.
