摘要
本文介绍一种是产线零件码垛抓取,同时集成了后段包装箱的推送、升降、堆叠、分装等复合配送功能,形成完整的装箱过程,用最经济合理的设计方案和相对成熟的功能部件,保证了生产线的高效稳定可靠的基本要求,设计的思路和方法是电子、家电、日用类产品包装线可以借鉴。
This paper introduces a kind of palletizing grab for parts in the production line,which integrates the functions of pushing,lifting,stacking and repacking of the back packing box,and forms a complete packing process,with the most economical and reasonable design scheme and relatively mature functional parts,the basic requirements of high efficiency,stability and reliability of the production line are ensured.
