摘要 本文特别针对国家能源局联合中国电动汽车充电基础设施促进联盟开展的充电基础设施建设运营企业自查工作,基于基础设施的安全风险点分析,从充电设施总体安装配置方面的安全隐患着眼,对各类设施通用的自查项目和技术要求进行解析和对标;重点对广泛使用的电动汽车传导充电模式和三种连接方式,深入研究了交流充电控制导引试验中的控制电路状态转换和控制时序试验要求,并给出试验中关键部分的实际案例结果。 In this paper,especially aiming at the self-inspection work of charging infrastructure construction and operation enterprises carried out by the China Electric vehicle charging Infrastructure Promotion Alliance commissioned by the State Energy Administration,based on the safety risk points analysis,the general self-inspection items and technical requirements of various facilities,from the overall safety installation and configuration,are marked and analyzed on the corresponding standards.Focus on the widely used electric vehicle conductive charging mode with three connection types,the test requirements of the state diagram and test sequence for AC charging control pilot test are studied,and a measured example diagram of the key parts are provided.The certification inspection tests and key technologies research of charging equipment have the important guiding function and practical significance for its safety and reliability improvement and industrial standardization.
