轨道插座技术研究与应用

摘要 随着家用电器品类的增加,插座作为人们最常用的电器附件,在人们的生活中变得必不可少。传统的延长线插座,因其取电位置固定、电线长度有限、电源线交错冗杂等因素,且插座易因外力碰触产生移位,使插销脱离插座,导致断电,给消费者带来诸多不便。轨道插座是一种插座可沿取电轨道运动的新型插座概念。其主要由插座主体和取电移动轨道两部分组成,用户可根据需要改变移动轨道的长度及插座主体的数量,解决了传统延长线插座的诸多痛点。本文根据轨道插座标准分析了市场现有轨道插座的技术方案,并提出优化设计方案。阐述了案例中的关键技术、取电方法、旋转力仿真计算及结构设计中的难点和解决办法,为轨道插座的产品设计提供了理论基础。 With the increase in the category of appliances,socket-outlets,as the most commonly used apparatus accessories,have become indispensable in people’s lives.Traditional cord extension sets,due to factors such as fixed power position,limited wire length,staggered power cords,etc.,and the socket-outlets are prone to shift due to external forces,disengaging the plugs from the socket,leading to power outages,which brings many consumers inconvenient.The track socket is a new type of socket concept which can move along the receiving track.It mainly consists of two parts,the socket main body and the power taking mobile track.Users can change the length of the mobile track and the number of socket main bodies according to their needs,which solves many pain points of traditional cord extension sets.This article analyzes the technical solutions of the existing track socket-outlets in the market according to the track socket-outlet standards,and proposes an optimized design scheme.The key technologies,power taking methods,rotational force simulation calculations,and difficulties in structural design of the embodiment are explained,providing a theoretical basis for the product design of the track socket-outlet.
