摘要
目的:分析米索前列醇在宫腔镜检查前的应用价值。方法:本次研究时间2018年6月份-2019年4月份,收治的开展宫腔镜检查的已婚女性114例为研究对象,按照数字随机法分成两组;A组患者采取阴道给药途径,B组患者行采取口服给药途径,比较两组软化率。结果:A组总软化率100.00%,B组总软化率89.47%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:米索前列醇在宫腔镜检查前的应用阴道给药途径,宫腔镜检查前患者的宫颈软化程度好,利于检查。
Objective:To analyze the value of misoprostol before hysteroscopy.Methods:In this study,from June 2018 to April 2019,114 cases of married women who were admitted to undergo hysteroscopy were the subjects of the study.They were divided into two groups according to the number random method;patients in group A were given vaginal administration.Patients in group B were given oral administration to compare the softening rate of the two groups.Results:The total softening rate of group A was 100.00%,and the total softening rate of group B was 89.47%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The vaginal administration route of misoprostol before hysteroscopy,the cervical softening degree of patients before hysteroscopy is good,which is beneficial to the examination.
