摘要
公共建筑作为我国社会各项政治、经济、教育、民生活动的载体,其总体增长趋势显著,且相较于民用建筑,公共建筑单位面积能耗更高,有较大的优化空间。我国目前也将建筑能源审计列为一项基本政策,本文主要对国内外能源审计的政策制度、实施现状、流程方法等进行调研,梳理各类公共建筑耗能的共性与差异化特点。分析使用软件进行能源审计工作的可行性,对现有审计软件的功能、应用情况进行研究,结合公共建筑能源审计相关标准,梳理出能源审计的主要技术路线与数据处理方法,设计公共建筑能源审计软件的系统结构与功能模块,对软件功能进行扩充,为审计软件的设计提供参考。
As the carrier of various political,economic,educational,and livelihood activities in our society,public buildings have a significant overall growth trend.Compared with civil buildings,public buildings have higher energy consumption per unit area and have greater room for EE optimization.Currently building energy auditing is listed as a basic policy in our country.This article mainly investigates the policies,systems,implementation status,and process methods of energy audits at home and abroad,and sorts out the common and differentiated characteristics of energy consumption in various public buildings.It also analyzes the feasibility of using software for energy audit work,researches on the functions and applications of existing audit software,combines with relevant standards of public building energy audit,sorts out the main technical routes and data processing methods of energy audit,and designs system structure and function modules of public building energy audit software,expands the functions of the software,which could provide references for the design of audit software.
