本文从示范项目基本要求、组织实施、改造模式、质量管理和资金管理等方面对重庆市公共建筑节能改造政策进行了解析,并结合工作实践介绍了重庆市公共建筑节能改造的关键技术,提出了重庆市公共建筑节能改造工作展望。

This paper analyzes the energy-saving transformation policy of public buildings in Chongqing from the basic requirements,organization and implementation,transformation mode,quality management and fund management of demonstration projects,introduces the key technologies of energy-saving transformation of public buildings,and puts forward the prospect of energy-saving transformation of public buildings in Chongqing.
