摘要
伴随着我国经济建设的快速发展,各类建筑数量不断上升,建筑能耗逐年增加,建筑节能减排的形势日趋严峻。高校建筑作为特殊的一类公共建筑,具有建筑体量大、能耗强度高的特点,此外,由于高校逐步扩招,其能耗将会继续保持刚性增长的趋势,因此,对高校建筑进行节能改造迫在眉睫。本文通过对北方地区典型高校能效提升项目的实践研究,分析了推动高校建筑节能改造的经济激励措施、重点节能改造技术以及节能量核定工作存在的问题和相应的改进措施,从而为北方地区高等院校实施节能改造项目提供积极指导。
With the rapid development of economic construction,the number of various types of buildings has been increasing constantly,also building energy consumption increases by years,which puts more pressure on the building energy conservation and emission reduction.As a special classification of public buildings,college building has the characteristics of large building volume and high energy consumption intensity.Besides,due to the gradual expansion of university enrollment,its energy consumption will continue to maintain the trend of rigid growth.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out energy-saving renovation of university buildings.This paper studies the energy efficiency improvement projects of typical universities in North China,analyzes the economic incentives in promoting energy-saving renovation of university buildings,key energysaving retrofitting technologies and problems existing in energy-saving verification work and corresponding improvement measures,so that it can provide positive guidance for the implementation of energy-saving renovation projects for universities in North China.
