摘要
为明确HPAM溶液黏度及长期稳定性的主要影响因素,对81#站的水质进行了分析,并在此基础上确立了污水配聚的水质指标。采用"好氧生化-除钙镁-杀菌-过滤-真空除氧"工艺深度处理污水后,测试处理后的水质对聚合物黏度以及长期稳定性的影响,其主要影响因素为矿化度、还原性离子和细菌。试验结果表明,采用深度处理后的污水配制聚合物溶液初始黏度提高了30%,90天黏度保留率可达80%,聚合物处理药剂成本3.1元/t,取得了良好的经济效益。
The water quality of 81#Station is analyzed to identify the main influence factors of HPAM viscosity and long-term stability.The effect of treated water quality on the polymer viscosity and longterm stability is tested after using the process of"aerobic biochemistry-removal of calcium magnesiumsterilization-filtration-vacuum de-aeration".The main influence factors are degree of mineralization,reducing ion,and bacteria.The test results show that the initial viscosity of sewage preparation after deep treatment increases by 30%,and the viscosity retention rate of 90 days can be 80%.The cost of the polymer chemicals is 3.1 Yuan per ton,which can reach a good economic benefit.
