摘要
为验证某些因素对注水中颗粒直径中值测定结果准确性的影响,分别从样品放置时间、曝氧(气)、环境温度、固相颗粒表面电荷等方面进行油田注入水中颗粒直径的室内测定。依据室内实验结果,曝氧(气)、环境温度升高、颗粒凝聚等因素,将随水样放置时间的延长,水中固相颗粒直径中值测值呈现增大的趋势,特别是针对极不稳定的注水水质,这种现象尤为突出。其中,在待测水样放置72 h以后,细菌才有明显的增长趋势,但注入水直径中值测定在此期间已基本完成,因此水中细菌的影响基本可以忽略;激光粒度仪搅拌速度和水中含油量会使颗粒直径中值测试结果产生一定的偏差。为延长水样水质稳定期,向待测样品中投加一定量的离子稳定剂或除氧剂,可有效稳定水中沉淀离子,减少新生态沉淀生成的可能性,测得的颗粒直径中值可在相对长时间内保持较低的增幅,但这种方法广泛适用性还有待进一步研究。
In order to verify the influence of some factors on the accuracy of the determination results of the median diameter of particles in water injection,the indoor measurement of the particle diameter in oilfield injected water is carried out from the aspects of the sample placement time,aeration(gas),ambient temperature,surface charge of solid particles,etc.According to the laboratory test results,with the extension of the water sample placement time,the measured median diameter of solid particles in the water tends to increase,especially for the extremely unstable water injection quality.Among them,bacteria show an obvious trend of growth only after the water sample is placed for 72 hours,but the measurement of the median diameter of injected water is basically completed during this period,so the influence of bacteria in water could be ignored basically.However,the stirring speed and oil content of the laser particle size analyzer would have a certain deviation on the test results of the median diameter of particles.In order to prolong the water quality stability period,adding a certain amount of ionic stabilizer or deoxidizer to the sample to be tested can effectively stabilize the precipitation ions in the water and reduce the possibility of new ecological precipitation.The measured median particle diameter can maintain a relatively low increase for a long time,but the wide applicability of this method remains to be further studied.
