随着我国疾病谱的改变,慢性病防治费用已成为医保基金重要支出部分。该文运用SWOT分析方法,对大型三甲综合医院慢性病医保管理优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行系统化分析,并针对慢性病医保管理中存在的问题提出相应的策略,为大型三甲综合医院有效开展慢性病医保管理工作提供参考。

With the change of disease spectrum in China,the cost of chronic disease's prevention and control has become an important part of medical insurance fund.SWOT method was used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of medical insurance management on chronic disease in Tertiary 3 comprehensive hospital systematically.Strategies were proposed according to the problems existing in medical insurance management on chronic disease.Provided references for medical insurance management on chronic disease in Tertiary 3 comprehensive hospital.
