Effect of FMEA model on risk events in emergency venous indwelling patients

目的:探讨FMEA模式对提升急诊静脉留置针患者风险管理及护理满意度的作用。方法:选取医院急诊科收治的静脉留置针患者120例,依据不同干预方式分成两组,对照组患者应用常规护理管理,研究组患者应用FMEA模式。结果:研究组患者发生风险事件比率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者留置针的平均留置天数显著长于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者风险事件关键环节的危机值(RPN)水平均显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊静脉留置针患者使用FMEA模式进行风险管理,可降低患者发生风险事件的比率,提高患者的护理满意度,提升患者留置针的平均留置天数。

Objective:To explore the effect of FMEA model on improving risk management and nursing satisfaction of patients with venous indwelling needles in emergency department.Methods:120 patients with venous indwelling needles admitted to our emergency department were selected and divided into two groups according to different intervention methods.The control group was administered with routine nursing management and the research group was applied with FMEA model.Results:The incidence of risk events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average number of days of indwelling needles in the study group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of crisis value(RPN)of the key links of risk events in the study group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of FMEA model for risk management in emergency venous indwelling patients can reduce the rate of risk events,improve patient satisfaction,and increase the average number of days of indwelling needles.
