轴型分层组织瓣在修复体表深度创面中的效果评价

Effectiveness evaluation of the axial stratified tissue flaps in repairing the deep wounds of body

目的:探讨轴型分层组织瓣在修复体表深度创面中的效果及机制研究。方法:回顾性分析医院收治的各种原因导致的体表深度创面患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者创面进行轴型分层组织瓣进行修复,对照组患者创面以带蒂单层组织瓣进行修复,观察两组患者创面愈合时间、住院费用、并发症发生率及畸形率方面的差别。结果:治疗组患者在创面愈合时间、住院费用、并发症发生率及畸形率方面均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用轴型分层组织瓣修复体表深度创面,具有并发症少、创面愈合时间短、治疗费用少及畸形率低的优点,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the the repair effect and mechanism research of the axial stratified tissue flaps in surface deep wounds.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made among 60 patients who suffered from surface deep wounds caused by different reasons admitted in our department,whocwere randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was treated with the axial stratified tissue flaps to repair the wound,control group was treated with pedicle single-layer tissue flap to repair the trauma,observe two groups of patients with wound healing time,hospitalization expenses,incidence of complications and malformation rate differences.Results:Treatment group in wound healing time,hospitalization expenses,complications and malformation rate were significantly better than that in control group,difference has significant meaning.Conclusions:It is a reliable method in repairing surface deep wounds with the axial stratified tissue flaps,which has advantages of less complications,shorter wound healing time and lower cost of treatment and deformity rate.This kind of repair method is worth popularizing in clinical application.
