碘伏消毒液在真菌性外耳道炎治疗中的应用

Application of iodine voit disinfection soiution in the treatment of fungal exocardial ensoculitis

目的:探讨真菌性外耳道炎门诊简易的治疗手段。方法:对确诊的87例对碘无过敏史患者,内镜下清除外耳分泌物及霉斑,以0.5%碘伏消毒液清洗外耳道,每日1~2次,疗程2~4周。避免挖耳及外耳受潮,不外用或口服任何抗真菌药。结果:80例患者治愈,治愈率达92%,4例合并中耳炎鼓膜穿孔,3例合并糖尿病患者效果欠佳,易反复。结论:0.5%碘伏消毒液对真菌性外耳道炎治疗有效,且操作方便,患者自己亦可操作,同时避免口服抗真菌药物带来副作用以及外用抗真菌乳膏剂需定期清理外耳痂皮的烦恼。

Objective:To explore the simple treatment methods of fungal exocardial exothetitis clinic.Methods:For the 87 patients diagnosed with no history of iodine allergy,theendoscope cieared the outer ear secretions and mold spots,with 0.5%iodine volt disinfection liquid to clean the outer ear canal 1 to 2 times a day,the course of treatment 2 to 4 weeks.Avoid ear-digging and external ear mosisture,not for external use or oral any antifungal drugs.Results:80 cases of cure,cure rate of 92%.4 cases of combined endomeritis eardrum perforation.3 cases of combined diabetic patients with poor results,easy to repeat.Conclusions:0.5%iodine volt disinfection solution is effecitive for the treatment of fungal exocardial otitis,and easy to operate,the patient can also operate.At the same time avoid the side effects of oral antifungal drugs and the annoyance of external antifungal creams to regularly clean up the outer ear to win skins.
