牙髓病患者应用Resosolv溶塑液与TF镍钛锉联合治疗临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of pulp disease with resosolv solution and TF nickel titanium file

目的:探讨牙髓病患者塑化根管再通治疗中Resosolv溶塑液与TF镍钛锉的联合应用价值。方法:选取牙髓病患者79例作为研究对象,共150个根管随机分组,对照组39例,75个根管,实施C形先锋锉和Resosolv溶塑液疏通塑化根管再通治疗;观察组40例,75个根管,实施Resosolv溶塑液与TF镍钛锉疏通塑化根管再通治疗,观察两组根管再通率。结果:观察组患者再通率、疼痛缓解率、牙齿健康评分值均高于对照组。结论:在牙髓病患者塑化根管再通治疗中采用Resosolv溶塑液与TF镍钛锉的联合方案可进一步提高根管再通率,获得满意的疗效。

Objective:To explore the combined application value of resosolv solution and TF NiTi file in the treatment of pulpal patients with plastic root canal recanalization.Methods:79 patients with pulpopathy were selected as the study object,150 root canals were randomly divided into control group(39 cases).C-shape pioneer file and resosolv solution were used to dredge and reshape root canals,and 40 cases in observation group.75 root canals were treated with resosolv solution and TF Ni Ti file to dredge the plastic root canals,and the recanalization rate of the two groups was observed.Results:the recanalization rate,pain relief rate and tooth health score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:the combination of resosolv solution and TF NiTi file can further improve the rate of root canal recanalization in the treatment of pulpal patients.
